Australian sales charts, week ending 22/03/09
PALGN News | Nintendo back on top. Again.

The top spot in the charts was territory relatively unexplored by Nintendo during March, but the company's two powerhouse games that never stop selling have changed that. Wii Play with bundled Wii remote has climbed two places to take the top spot away from Resident Evil 5 in only its second week of release. Likewise, Wii Fit has also climbed two places, making it a one-two for the big N. Resident Evil 5 isn't two far away though, with the PS3 at three and the 360 game at five. Sandwiched in between them is 360 RTS Halo Wars, up one slot from last week.
Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars made its debut in sixth place - surprisingly low, given the series' past pedigree. A week of heavy movement has only seen one game remain static this week, and it's Mario Kart Wii. PS3 shooter Killzone 2 continued it's descent down the charts, already in a rather low eighth place. It's the other staple Wii game at nine - the Guitar Hero World Tour super bundle, making it the same four Wii games in the chart as always. Oh, speaking of old games, Brain Training is at ten.
The charts are updated weekly and are provided by those wonderful people at GfK.
