Los Angeles Superior Court spokesperson Vania Stuelp reportedly stated that lawyers for Activision notified the court of the agreement, leading to the cancellation of the hearing. All of the above is, of course, good for gamers eager to sample the anticipated game, scheduled for release on October 16 for both Xbox 360 and Playstation 3.
