eGames 06: Public opening extended

PALGN News | Now open Friday 17th for everyone.
The organisers of the eGames & Entertainment Expo have confirmed for PALGN that they have opened up the expo to the public on Friday 17th November. The expo was originally to be open to the public only on the 18th and 19th, however the organisers have decided that there was no reason not to invite everyone to the keynote speeches on the Friday.

The line-up for keynote speeches starting at 2:15pm on the Friday will be:

Opening - Marsha Thomson, Minister for Information and Communication Technology
PS3 - Michael Ephraim, Managing Director, Sony Computer Entertainment Australia and New Zealand
Wii - Rose Lappin, Director of Sales and Marketing, Nintendo Australia
Xbox Live - David McLean, Microsoft’s Home and Entertainment Division Regional Director

With a line-up like that, there’s sure to be a few sparks flying. All admission prices will remain the same, with the 2 days pass available to be used on any two days of the expo. In case you’ve forgotten, the admission details are:

Two Day Pass $22
Adults $16 (Concession/Students $13)
Family Ticket $38 (up to 2 adults, 2 children)
All tickets available at the door. Children under 6 years of age admitted free, and children under 15 years must be accompanied by an adult.

We’ll see you there!

So if you use a two day pass on Friday and Saturday, does that mean you need to pay another $16 for Sunday?
