We had such a great response to giving PALGN merchandise away we thought we'd throw in another shirt. As well as this we have another 7 titles to giveaway including Uplink, Brain Trainer, Desperate Housewives, Gitaroo-Man Lives, DEFCON, Atelier Iris 2 and Gothic 3.

We'd like to extend our thanks to Stomp, Introversion Software, Mindscape, Koei and Auran for the prizes, they're much appreciated.

Gothic 3

RRP:$69.95 | F: PC
D: JoWood Productions | P: Auran
BUY NOW!

In the first two parts of Gothic, you fought from being a prisoner to becoming the hero of Khorinis, the strategically important mining island. Now the time has come for you and your friends to discover and fight across the mainland of Myrtana. The situation is desperate: The orcs have beaten King Rhobar's troops and are ruling the most important parts of Myrtana, enslaving the human population. Only the tricky inhabitants of the south and the wild barbarians of the icy north are holding against the orcish domination. There are rebels, lurking around in the shadows of Myrtana's forests and trying to fight a hit & run guerilla war. It's your choice if you want to join them or the orcs - but whatever you do, the destiny of Myrtana will depend on you! The game features a whole new graphics engine, with no linear levels and more than fifty different kinds of monsters and animals; small this game isn't.

Eden, a land of Mana and alchemists, distanced itself from Belkhyde, fearing contact with the humans and monsters there will lead to their destruction. All is well until Chaos resorts to the legendary power of alchemy to save his sister. Now two orphans, Felt and Viese must save Eden from crumbling. Felt transports to Belkhyde with the power of his azoth. It is up to Felt to stop Chaos’ mad quest, while Viese struggles to protect Eden from further destruction.

He’s not the most popular boy in town, and always manages to make a fool out of himself at the wrong time, but all that is about to change when he finds out he's the musically-inclined hero of some faraway planet, currently ravaged by the tyranny of the evil Lord Zoe. With the help of his dog Puma, and music from the legendary Gitaroo (a magical guitar), U1 sets out to return peace to his world and hopefully win the heart of Pico in the process.

Players are able to track their development over the weeks and months in each of these areas via the line charts in their progress screen. Exercises range from word searches, Sudoku puzzles and matching pairs to more traditional spelling tests and mental arithmetic - all designed to clean out those mental cobwebs and shift that excess brain flab.

Uplink

Uplink was one of Introversion's first titles. In the game you play an Uplink Agent who makes a living by performing jobs for major corporations. Your tasks involve hacking into rival computer systems, stealing research data, sabotaging other companies, laundering money, erasing evidence, or framing innocent people.

You use the money you earn to upgrade your computer systems, and to buy new software and tools. As your experience level increases you find more dangerous and profitable missions become available. You can speculate on a fully working stock market (and even influence its outcome). You can modify peoples academic or criminal records. You can divert money from bank transfers into your own accounts. You can even take part in the construction of the most deadly computer virus ever designed.
