Australian sales charts, week ending 19/08/07

PALGN Feature | Singstar, Brain Training, Warcraft, etc.
There's no change at number one this week - Singstar 90s, the game only edition, is still the resident chart king. It fended off a strong push for the top spot by Pokemon Diamond, up one place from last week's third spot, but still with an eye on its former top spot. Again at number three we have Singstar 90s, except this version comes with microphones in the pack - because having twenty PS2 microphones just simply isn't enough. The ugly Pokemon sibling, Pearl, can't hold a candle to its brother in the charts, finishing three spots lower than Diamond at five.

It's a one-two punch for Brain Training at six and seven. The first of the two is surprisingly the older game - Dr. Kawashima's Brain Training, leading the newer More Brain Training. The standalone version of Singstar Pop Hits - MORE SINGSTAR CRIES THE AUSTRALIAN PUBLIC - is at eight. World of Warcraft re-entering the charts near the bottom every two weeks is frankly getting boring now - this week it was ninth. Finally, ending the charts is Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix on the PS2.

The charts are updated weekly and are provided by the beautiful and lovely people at GfK.
