We headed off to the LA Convention center today to pick up our badge holders and managed to catch a glimpse of things to come. With the expo officially opening its doors the next day, everything was pretty much complete. While access to the actual show floor was still blocked off to all but the exhibitors, we were still able to have a stroll around the lobby and outer areas of the halls and snap some pics of all the pretty decorations.

Our trip also seemed to coincide with the gang from the 1up show filming an interview outside of the center. After resisting the irresistible urge to run in front of the camera and scream 'WAAAASSSAAAAP!!!", we moved inside to find a the guys and gals from G4 TV's 'Attack of the Show' filming a live pre E3 show. We only managed to catch the end of the show but we did catch their 'G4 exclusive' presentation of the new MGS4 trailer in glorious HD on one of the many plasma screens surrounding the set.

Only a few more hours before the biggest gaming show of the year begins. In the meantime, take gander through these pics from today's adventure.
