EA announce NBA Street V3

GCN News | We didn't see this coming.. *cough*
Electronic Arts has today announced the development of the third entry in the NBA Street franchise for the Playstation 2, Xbox and Gamecube. NBA Street V3 will allow gamers to execute all new moves in a variety of environments.

Returning from the previous games are The Cage and Rucker Park, while the new courts, including Venice Beach," are described as "the next generation of streetball sanctuaries."

The biggest addition to the title will be online play for both the Xbox and the Playstation 2. Unfortunately Gamecube owners will miss out on this addition.

As in previous editions of the title, you'll be able to customize your character as you compete against a host of personas.

NBA Street V3 is scheduled for release in the first quarter of 2005 for the Xbox, PS2 and Gamecube. PALGN will have more information on NBA Street V3 as soon as it is available.
