GBA Player only in Jet Black.

GCN News | Rumours have risen saying Nintendo of America are only going to release the Jet Black colour in their range of GBA players.

Nintendo America sources say that NOA will only release the Jet Black version of their GBA Player, unlike in Japan, where it will be released in Indigo, Spice, Jet Black and Platinum.

The GBA Player is designed to sit under the base of your GameCube and plug into the Hi-Speed port. The system will be able to play GameBoy, GameBoy Colour and GameBoy Advance games, and you will also be able to use your GBA as a controller via the GBA-GCN link cable.

Is this a "rumour" that's risen or is it official? Make up your mind...

I can't see why they'd do this at all. They don't have to change the total amount of GBA Players produced, they just have to make less Jet Black ones and more of the other colours.

Hyperworm it is official least in the states, they released an image of all the GCN colours with the Jet Black Player. www.ign.com

I am glad this is happening maybe they will start being more adult. Can't wait to see Miyamoto in another FPS (PD was first using the GB Camera function which should of been left in, why crazy people have to spoil things for everyone else is beyond me).

I think the only people who would complain are those who got Indigo. My Spice and Black Controllers look very nice together.

If they don't release an Indigo GB Player here, I won't get one. It'd be cool to be able to play GBA games on the big screen, but I don't really need it, and I won't get it if it'll make my GCN look ugly like that
