Houser claimed that the Wii didn't feel natural to them, and that the DS presented a lot of interesting challenges that would result in something different to what they had done in the past. He added, "The stylus and the chance to use minigames in that way was really interesting and exciting to us, and we thought we could integrate seamlessly between those two modes."
Don't give up all hope on GTA for the Wii however. Houser concluded by saying, "We haven’t really done any concrete, major thinking about the Wii, one way or another. They’re sort of separate issues."
