E3 2005: Tantalus announces Anaka for DS

DS News | Anaka is on her way from Australia.
Tantalus Interactive today announced the development of a Nintendo DS game based on their new intellectual property (IP) called Anaka - IP because the intent is to go beyond the Nintendo DS with Anaka immediately by introducing a short CG film by Melbourne based animation studio Act 3, which will be shown at E3.

Made with the assistance of Film Victoria, the short film sets the scene for the game, introducing Anaka and her world and simulating the type of action that gamers can expect on the DS. The Anaka movie will also be shown on television and in short film festivals around the world.

Tomorrow at E3, Tantalus has a N-Gage title called Payload being shown at Nokia's booth and a PSP title called Metal Shell which will be shown behind closed doors. They also have two unannounced titles for DS and PSP.

If you want to take a early look at the Anaka movie, go to the official site.
