E3 2006: Charlotte's Web announced
DS News | Kids classic on DS and GBA.
Sega have announced Charlotte's Web, to tie in with the upcoming film (which is itself based on the classic children's book) for both DS and GBA. the game is an old fashioned 2D side scroller where you can play as either Wilbur (the pig) or Templeton (the rat), and will explore all the locations of the film, including Zuckerman's Barn, a Junkyard, the Countryside and the County Fair. Tasks will include helping Wilbur's friends Charlotte the spider and Gussy the goose find their missing spider hatchlings and goslings respectively.
The DS version will have a bunch of mini games which we presume with use the touch screen, and some sort of multiplayer, but honestly we thought the DS was beyond the 'GBA port with minigames' phase. Check the media panel for some screens of each version.
