Electronic Arts will be distributing the game, which is said to have full stylus control, mini games, and an adviser to help you out in the single player mode. There's three different modes as well, including 'Save the City' (which sounds like a scenario mode and has you solving various problems, such as traffic congestion, crime rates etc.), 'Build a New City' (no explanation needed) and a 'Sisters City' mode (which lets you trade 'landmarks' and chat to other players).
There's no word of a western release yet, but we can hardly see this being restricted to a Japanese release, given the success of the series in both North America and Europe. Stay tuned for more.
