Nintendo Store Update - 03/09/2010

Wii News | Oh Wally, must you hide yourself yet again this week?
Nintendo has once again kept up the pace of releases to their download services, with a grand total of four titles being made available to Australians this Friday. The Wii has a single game in the form of Virtual Console title Samurai Showdown III. Over in the portable arena, the DSi presents breeding sim My Farm, pool table game Jazzy Billiards and Where's Wally? Travel Pack 2, proving that the eponymous adventurer loves to keep us guessing.

Title: Samurai Showdown III
System: Neo Geo (Virtual Console)
Price: 900 Wii Points

Proving that the third time is indeed a charm, Samurai Showdown III is an interquel, taking place between the first and second games of the series released. A fighting game at heart, players can choose from twelve different fighters and have a couple of new tricks at their disposal, such as mid-air defense and a rage-gauge filling ability. Two different fighting stances for each fighter are also available, resulting in alternate sets of special moves.

Title: My Farm
System: DSi Ware
Price: 200 DSi Points

Treating your animals poorly would be a baaaaad idea.

My Farm is a breeding simulator which, as its title suggests, takes place on a farm. Starting off with a single chicken and a few dollars, you must lovingly care for your chicken and have it grow into a mighty hen, which can then lay eggs. Mony earned from eggs and other activities can then be used to buy other animals and equipment for your farm. My Farm also allows players to share their barnyard brood with friends.

Title: Jazzy Billiards
System: DSi Ware
Price: 500 DSi Points

This nine-ball pool title has what you would usually expect from a billiards game, but with one difference. Jazzy Billiards sets its action against a backdrop of groovy, soulful jazz beats, giving a very chilled and relaxed play session. The stylus is used as if it were a pool cue - you simply point in the direction that you want to hit your ball and then pull back on the screen to get the ball rolling.

Title: Where's Wally? Travel Pack 2
System: DSi Ware
Price: 500 DSi

Where's Wally? Travel Pack 2 is a continuation of the previously released Where's Wally? game for the DSi, set around Wally's Fantastic Journey. This edition sees you track down Wally and his friends in three new alliterative set pieces: the Nasty Nasties, the Fighting Foresters and the Deep-Sea Divers.
