Mario Party 8 delayed

Wii News | Still coming before Super Paper Mario.

Nintendo has confirmed that Mario Party 8 has been delayed in the UK from its original release date of July 5th through to the 13th of July. The reason for the delay? "Production issues". What production issues? We don't know, maybe they couldn't get the invitations printed in time?

If Australian retailer Topshop is to be believed then we'll be seeing Mario Party 8 on the 19th of July, so the delay isn't too long. Mario Party 8 is the Wii debut for the Mario Party series, the game features several minigames which utilise the Wii remote in quite a few different ways.

Eh, not a long delay so it doesn't matter.

If they were cool they'd release Super Paper Mario on July 30th, so it turns out it was basically a straight swap with the Americans for Strikers.

Mario Party 8 should be great on the Wii.... though it's sad to see it's delayed.... I was looking forward to gettting drunk and playing...

call me weird(you wouldnt be the first) but i dont mind delays, even long ones, sure they annoy me at first but then i realise i wont have money to buy them at release unless they are delayed for over 6 months (cough eledees cough) delays gives me time to save up and look at the american reviews, which is handy when you just cant afford that many games
