Rockstar Games presents Table Tennis coming to Australia in September

Wii News | Budget price too.

Rockstar Games has today confirmed to PALGN that its upcoming Wii port of Rockstar Games presents Table Tennis, which was announced earlier this morning, will be hitting Australian and New Zealand stores in September.

In addition, as was the case with the original on the Xbox 360, the game will carry a recommended retail price of AU$69.95 for Australia and New Zealand.

Rockstar couldn’t confirm any other details.

PALGN always posts new articles rather than "updating older ones" so people can find out the new information rather than rely on the oft chance they'll return to an old article.

Far enough, just was funny seeing a new article so soon after the first one. Well guess they need to get the news out quick since its coming out so soon unlike a first party title which us PAL gamers would be waiting ages for

I'm just curious when $69.95 became a budget price range? I count budget as under $50, so really seeing this game come out at the same price on the Wii (when games are usually $99.95) as it did on the 360 (when 3rd party titles are usually $119.95) is kinda silly.
I dont think I'll be forking out that much money. I know the Wii controls will be better, but this game didnt set the world on fire when it was in hi-def and 12 months younger, so what makes Rockstar think it will take off now?
Wii Sports is FREE and beats the pants off 90% of the sports games that have come out on the Wii.
