The Weekend Steam - 13/06/09

PC News | More MMOs than you can point a mouse at.
This week, Steam is offering 20-75% off a selected range of MMOs as their Weekend Deal, including games such as City of Heroes: Architect Edition and Lineage – you can find a complete list at the bottom of this article. Also on sale is Red Orchestra: Ostfront 41-45, which has been reduced by 66% to give it a price tag of USD $4.99 (approx. AUD $6.13 / GBP £2.99).

Red Orchestra: Ostfront is set in World War II and sees players fighting on the Russian front – apparently the first for any PC shooter in the West. You’ll be able to keep things personal by assuming the role of an infantry unit, or go nuts in a heavy armoured tank. The game also features authentic weapons and vehicles from the era, and boosts online multiplayer for up to 50 players. Additionally, there are a handful of DLC updates available which add new maps and vehicles to the experience. You can be taken to the download page by clicking here.

Discounted MMOs and other specials:
