Tomb Raider: Underworld picks up where the Tomb Raider: Legend finished up, with Lara on a quest to discover Avalon, the mythical resting place of King Arthur. While discovering Thor's gauntlet in a murky cavern beneath the depths of the Mediterranean Sea, Lara discovers that the Norse underworld, Helheim and Avalon are one and the same and she sets off on a mission to discover Thor's Hammer in order to unlock the secrets of the Underworld.
