Looking good, lets just hope the Multiplayer for PC is as good as AVP2, nothing beats running around on walls as an Alien to pounce on unsuspected Predators.

Just awesome. After seeing the Rebellion logo, all I had to say to AvP was "welcome home, baby!".

hi peeps, any word on a demo ?

Honestly this is looking excellent - they just need to stick the landing, and they'll have a sleeper hit on their hands.

For all the Alien/Aliens fans out there, is it just me or do we have Lance Henriksen onboard as the voice of 'Clarke Bishop Weyland'?? That'd be so damn cool!!! He just recently played General Shepherd in MW2, so it's certainly not out of the realms of possibility - his voice is very distinct and difficult to impersonate.

Lance Henriskon is definitely playing the voice of Bishop in this, was confirmed.

This looks pretty awesome, looking forward to it
Gamesta - if your computer stutters... why not just turn off HD?

seems this game is all based around multiplayer, and fair enough, nothing better than going against real people.
I can guarantee the main single player campaign going to be nothing more than a stinking turd.

btw youtube dx10 vs 11...man i had a laugh over that ****.

A tech demo based on dx11 vs dx10 seems biased as hell due to all the renders modelled on dx11 hardware.
DX10 has a way to go., don't believe the hype before updating your vid card.Especiall due to dx11 tessellation hype, the same results came be performed via dx 10, its just the software and the people behind the texturing, demo makes out as if it creates magic from a flat texture which is far from the case.
No prorgramming algorithm can make a flat texture turn into a 3d reality without programming in dx11 in the 1st place.

What makes you say that? Have the previous titles let you down in that respect?

I was a big fan of the first Alien versus Predator by Rebellion on PC and whilst the story wasn't mind blowing, it was satisfactory - it was the gameplay and atmosphere (which differed when played with each of the three species) that delivered in spades. The sequel developed by Monolith was more story intensive, but I didn't enjoy the gameplay as much as it's predecessor, which I felt didn't really add a whole lot more to Rebellion's efforts. If anything, it took things away (the Alien control scheme was less responsive due to seperating the crouch / stick to wall action buttons, the Predator was able to recharge it's energy all the time, anytime, etc..).

The atmosphere alone made the first two games singleplayer fantastic. Looks like they've got a healthy dose of story in this one too, so I can't wait!

video is impressive. but its not a FPS is it? I think there was like a couple seconds of ingame. Wasn't interested before but now I am.

It is an FPS. That's what makes it so awesome.

Only because it's not humans against humans.I'm sick of human against human FPS's.Which is why I've never played the MW's or Killzone 2.

Though I am very interested in Brink because it's more like Borderlands/Fallout 3 with it's RPG type stuff.

metro 2033 will be better than brink,
And theres more aliens vs humans games.
