Enemy Territory Quake Wars preorder campaign revealed

PC News | Australians to get some bonuses too.
When opening the mail today at PALGN HQ it was hard not to pause for a second, as we slowly opened the package from Activision, there was the box for Enemy Territory: Quake Wars sitting in the bubblewrapped envelope. Unfortunately it wasn't the game but details on the Australian preorder campaign, which will come with a few goodies.

Preorders for Enemy Territory will begin on April the 4th at EB Games and GAME. By reserving a copy of the game you'll be able to secure your prefered username, you'll also receive two collector's cards. Each retail location will also have one exclusive poster to give out to a lucky customer who preorders the game.

Activision has confimed that there will only be a "few thousand" preorder packs available for Australia, so if you're really keen on the game then we suggest you hop, skip and jump to GAME or EB Games from April the 4th.

Hey! Paper cards can be cool!

*hugs ICO & SotC CE's*

But yeah, that preorder deal doesn't really make me want to rush out and drop some cash on the game.

I'm sure that the poster would give my kids nightmares. Best pre-order incentive so far was the GR2 faceplate IMHO.
