New Warhawk expansion on the way

PS3 News | Jetpacks? Hell yeah!
Sony has revealed that the Warhawk expansion Operation Fallen Star is set to be released on 28th August.

This game add-on will add the very cool feature of infantry jetpacks, allowing for some fun lessons in crashing. As well as this feature, the game will also offer a new setting - the Tau Crater - which will come complete with ten new battlefields for you and your mates to duke it out over.

Currently no price point has been announced for Fallen Star, but it's expected that the expansion will sell for the same price that Operation Omega Dawn and Operation Broken Mirror went for. Incidentally, both of those can be picked up for the combo cost of GBP 4.99.

In other Warhawk news, gamers can also look forward to the new 1.5 patch which will arrive on 27th August and is said to include Trophy support as well as a host of other improvements to the game.

Damn, this is more money for me to spend. Too many good things coming out soon, and I really like the sound of jetpacks.
