inFamous sequel rumoured for this year

PS3 Rumour | inConclusive.

According to PlayStation: The Official Magazine, a sequel to Sucker Punch Productions' action adventure inFamous has been rumoured to be in production, with a release scheduled for sometime in 2010.

The publication has speculated that the title will revisit the game world "a significant time after the first game, offering a reshaped metropolis". However, this news remains speculation for the moment as Sony representatives have refused to comment on the publication's report.

where is this coming from? Too soon imo. I'm guessing surface at E3 and release next year. But yeah, will buy this day 1.

It'd be great to have a sequel. The first game had one of the best stories and twists of 2009 imo, and was a freaking blast to play. Easily my favourite sandbox game.

I agree....Companies should stop tacking MP onto all these sequels.

Hopefully they make the climbing animations looks better. Its the only problem i had with the first game. and considering climbing was a big part of the game...
I'm itching to get back into the world of inFamous though. The story was pretty cool, and the ending has a nice hook to it.

I love the multiplayer in Uncharted, and so do a lot of people. I never thought it would work, but it's really the only reason I kept the game, it is surprisingly good.

you cant really say that the MP took anything away from the single player in u2, so why would it be a problem?
