Resistance: Fall of Man screens

PS3 News | PS3 shooter displays extra-terrestial charms.
The PlayStation 3 may have got a critical pasting and a half at E3 in May, but there's still plenty of evidence that Sony isn't doing everything wrong. Take, for example, the new screens we received earlier today for PS3 exclusive Resistance: Fall of Man. The post-apocalyptic shooter, which is currently in development at Insomniac (Ratchet & Clank), is expected to make the PS3 launch window. And it's not looking too bad, either.

Best of all, we're informed the latest shots are set in this writer's home town of Manchester in the UK (note the Boddingtons tower in one of the screenshots, fellow Mancunians). Hit the Media Panel to take a peek.
