Unreal Tournament III for PlayStation 3 goes gold

PS3 News | Should be out in time for Christmas.

Last month we reported that the PlayStation 3 version of Unreal Tournament III had been delayed until next year. With the PC version of the game out this week PlayStation 3 owners have been forced to wait. But the good news is that according to Epic VP Mark Rein, Unreal Tournament III has gone gold on the PlayStation 3.

This means the game will be out around December 11th in America and should be out by the end of 2007 in Australia, some good news for PlayStation 3 owners then.

Actually the only version being released this year is the US one, Europe (I presume that is also Australia because Aus getting UT3 before the UK is pretty crazy) is getting it early 2008. Although PS3 region free importing can save us all.
