Virtua Tennis World Tour Images Revealed

PSP News | We've got the latest images from Sega's eagerly anticipated tennis game.
The PlayStation 2 had to wait around two years for a tennis game to be released on the console, but the PSP is going to have one from day one, and it's going to be a big one. Virtua Tennis World Tour will be released on September 1st, 2005 alongside the PSP handheld, and looks like it's shaping up nicely.

Sega have today unveiled some new screenshots, as well as a few tidbits which outline how the game will play. For a start, we now know it'll contain mini-games to build up your character (as in the superb Dreamcast original and PS2 port) and will come with three modes of play. Up to sixteen players will be able to play as long as each of them owns a copy of the title, though probably not all on the same court at once.

The images can be found in the media panel.
