Rocky Balboa coming to the PSP

PSP News | Out in time for the movie.
Ubisoft has sent word today (on a Sunday, how bizarre) that they're bringing a game to the PSP to tie in with the theatrical release of Rocky Balboa.

And they're perhaps understandably excited about it. “Ubisoft’s previous Rocky-themed video games have been hugely popular and we are really excited to be working closely with MGM on Rocky Balboa,” said John Parkes, EMEA Marketing Director at Ubisoft.

Whilst gameplay details on the title are scarce, the film is about Rocky Balboa's final fight. Facing a lonely life, the interest in Rocky's career is rekindled by ESPN running a simulated fight between Balboa and the current champ, Mason "The Line" Dixon. Rocky steps into the ring one last time to prove that he still has the heart of a champion.

Ubisoft has provided first images of the game, which can be found in our Media Panel. Look out for a review of Rocky Balboa early next year.
