Syphon Filter back for more

PSP News | Step into the shadows.
Gamespot has revealed that Syphon Filter will be back on the PSP again, with Syphon Filter: Logan's Shadow. According to the website, the storyline for Logan's Shadow (which was ironically the codename for Syphon Filter: Dark Mirror) will be written by Greg Rucka, who wrote the Atticus Kodiak series.

Gabe's life hasn't gotten any easier since the events of Dark Mirror. When a piece of top secret equipment ends up in the hands of a terrorist group Gabe is sent across the world to take care of business. The game is set to take place in several locations including a shipwreck, a Middle Eastern desert and a naval vessel.

Yay icon_smile.gif

The first Syphon Filter outing on the PSP was awesome, aside from the completely terrible controls (PSP limitation I suppose). That game would have been fantastic if you could play with dual analog sticks..

I really enjoyed the Syphon Filter series 1-3 on PSX but get the feeling I'm alone on this. Dunno why? icon_confused.gif

I loved Syphon Filter:DM on PSP, and I'm still up for a game of SF:TOS on PS2 if anybody else still plays it.
