Looking really quite nice, much better without all the smoke trails over everything like in the older shots.

Also, here's an ingame shot showing the HUD...

I still need to pick up Ace Combat 6, I'm a fan of the series, but the high price has put me off buying it till it's a bit lower.

I agree with you A13x, the images do looke heaps better without all the smoke. I'm pretty sure the city in those screens is Rio and that Ubi have tried to recreate the city as accurately as possible.

Apparently they used / are using Google Earth data for their terrains? Think I read that somewhere on the Intarwebs.

Those do look a damn sight better then the last batch. I'm sure in game the smoke and blur effects will look great but they just don't really work for screen shots

i wasnt impressed with this trailer, but its still a long way off i guess. ATM i feel it has nothing on AC6
