As you might have guessed, at heart, MLB Stickball is a baseball game. However, it isn't quite baseball as we know it, with developers 2K Games putting an 'urban' slant on the whole affair. Rather than have the action take place on a baseball field, players will take to the beaches, streets and other strange locations spread across the United States. They also seem to be playing with a cricket stump, rather than a baseball bat, which is slightly odd.
Given the nature of these locales, players will have to take into consideration various environmental factors, such as cars and fire hydrants, which will either get you out or help you make runs.
All thirty MLB teams are represented in the game, with a total of 120 real life players to ogle, though one would be forgiven for being slightly intimidated by their rather large heads.
MLB Stickball will come with a price tag of 800 MS points when it hits the Arcade tomorrow.
