Assault on Dark Athena demo now available on Xbox Live

360 News | Will you decide to walk the path of Riddick?
Atari has just released a demo for the upcoming Chronicles of Riddick: Assault on Dark Athena on the Xbox Live Marketplace.

Coming in at a reasonable 639 MB, the demo features the Athena Main Decks level and should give players a taste of what the final game will be like. Notably, players will be able to take control of a Drone, one of Assault on Dark Athena's unique features.

PlayStation 3 owners shouldn't feel left out, Atari has promised a demo is still on the way for the PSN later this month. The Chronicles of Riddick: Assault on Dark Athena is scheduled to be released worldwide in next month.

downloaded the demo, and while i wouldn't have thought it'd be a bad thing, it felt exactly the same as Escape from Butcher Bay, which now really feels kinda clunky, and lacking polish.

i dunno - i just didn't feel excited by the stealth mode this time...

at the moment, budget priced game only.
