TMNT: Turtles in Time gets discounted for XBLA

360 News | Players to shell out less for this totally bodacious title.
With less than a week on the clock before it makes its Xbox Live Arcade debut, publisher Ubisoft has reduced the price of the downloadable remake, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Turtles in Time.

Slated to hit the Xbox 360 on 5 August, this beat 'em up of half-shelled turtle power was initially priced at 1200 Microsoft Points. Ubisoft's price reduction has now seen that slide to 800 Microsoft Points. In theory, this should mean a price reduction for the upcoming PlayStation 3 release of the game, though no information has been confirmed at this time.

Well, this probably rules out a Pearl Jam game. But 2 whole albums from one band, I don't recall there being that many songs from one band before.
I think you want the thread next door, buddy.

This is good news, 1200 was probably a bit steep for this, but at 800 I'll probably bite.

Nice. I was only considering the purchase before (I have the SNES version =D), but now I reckon that i'll shell out for the game.

I've just been playing a bit of this (at work - Partnernet rawks) and it seems like a rather well done re-make. The presentation is spot-on - visuals, audio, controls... and difficulty =)

Was enjoying myself 'till I got the the sewer boarding level... decided it was cheap and I couldn't be arsed playing any more at that point icon_razz.gif

Will be excellent fun with a few people in co-op.

Personal opinion time, firstly kudos to Microsoft for lowering the price, but next time, all games should be priced at this amount, it's the sweet spot I say!

Just out of curiosity, where do you work? Sure, the whole community would probably know since you get access to PartnerNet, but i'm a rarity around these parts. =P
