The final day of Winter has arrived, and with it comes the weekly news update from Major Nelson. Our theme is aliens, and there's not a single item with a four digit figure beside it. A rare occurrence indeed.

New Release:

Moving away from extra-terrestrial activity, the latest Arcade game to hit the Marketplace is Dead Rising: Case Zero, costing a mere 400 MSP (AU$6.50). New releases at this price are incredibly difficult to find, so it comes as a welcome surprise. Case Zero fills the gap between both Dead Rising titles, featuring a new zombie slayer by the name of Chuck Greene. Acting as a teaser of sorts before the release of Dead Rising 2, Case Zero is exactly what you expect it to be - a quick dose of zombie killing.

Finally, the recent announcement of increased Xbox Live prices won't be affecting Australia whatsoever. Taking that into account, this is a pretty good week for everyone involved.
