Free Xbox Live weekend scheduled

360 News | For March 9th to 11th.
Microsoft's official Australian website has revealed that from 15:00 AEST Friday 9th March to 21:59 AEST Sunday March 11th, Xbox Live silver memberships will be temporarily upgraded to gold memberships.

This means that you'll be able to play online for two days to get a taste of what it's like to have an Xbox Live gold membership. This free weekend comes at a perfect time for those who pick up Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2, which will be available on Thursday.
