GRAW2 PS3, PC and PSP delayed until June

360 News | Oblivion set to miss launch too.
With the PlayStation 3 launch now only days away it's becoming clearer which titles will be available from day one; unfortunately Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2 won't be there for the launch, in fact it won't be available for the PC, PlayStation 3 and PSP until June.

The reasons for the delay are unknown but a couple of extra months development time can only be a good thing. Unfortunately the bad news keeps coming for Ubisoft fans, The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion and Rainbow Six Vegas have also slipped a few months.

Ubisoft's remaining launch titles include Enchanted Arms and Blazing Angels: Squadrons of WWII. Splinter Cell Double Agent will be available on March the 30th.

They have had ages to work on these games..and its pretty easy to port a game. I think they've been slack. I havent found any bugs in GRAW 2. And RB6 has quite a few in multiplayer..but they have had more than enough time to fix them..

Says who??

I remember reading that porting costs 30% of what the original game took to make.

Note: anyone, feel free to correct me here if I'm wrong.

Some games are a bit easier if they're running on the same engine which already has compatibility with both platforms you want it on. Then again, it took tetris a long time to get a port onto next gen consoles

Anyone curious to how GRAW 2 would play on the Ps3? I think it might be cool, might pick up GRAW 2 because i dont have it on the 360 due to it breaking down.
